Pikeview Quarry is a former limestone mine overlooking northwest Colorado Springs, Colorado. The mine operated continuously from 1903-2018, providing essential raw materials for the concrete that built the Olympic City.

The land reclamation project at the 100-acre site is complete, with the final load of earth now in place.
Native trees have been planted, and the focus shifts to nurturing the returning ecosystem as nature takes its course.

Plants are installed, creating wildlife habitat and returning the land to its previous state.

After successful reclamation and restoration, the site can be developed for ecologically responsible recreation.
